How does AI real estate video generation work?

MotionFeeling uses an AI pipeline (V28) that analyzes your static photos, understands the room geometry and generates cinematic camera movements (dolly, pan, tilt). We also apply dual virtual staging and automatic color correction for a professional result in minutes.

What do I need to create a digital clone?

You just need to upload 10 to 20 well-lit photos of your face from different angles, plus a 1-minute voice sample. Our AI trains a LoRA model specific to your identity and clones your voice so you can generate videos speaking any text in Spanish or English.

How much does it cost and how do credits work?

We operate on a flexible credit system. A real estate video costs approximately 50 credits (~€8-15) and a basic digital clone video costs about 100 credits. You can top up via Stripe (card, Google Pay, Apple Pay) and only pay for what you produce, with no forced subscriptions.

Do the videos have copyright?

You own 100% of the commercial rights to the generated videos. You can use them on real estate portals (Idealista, Fotocasa), social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) or your own website without restrictions.

To use certain features, you must register and create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account.
MotionFeeling reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Intellectual Property

User-generated content (videos, clones) remains the property of the user, who grants MotionFeeling a limited licence to process and store it for service delivery.
MotionFeeling's software, design, logos, and technology are the exclusive property of AgentFlowing Technologies S.L.

5. Payments & Credits

The service operates on a prepaid credit system, processed securely via Stripe. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or in the case of a technical failure attributable to MotionFeeling.

6. Limitation of Liability

MotionFeeling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Donostia-San Sebastián, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
