Support questions

How long do you take to respond?
We respond within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri). For critical issues blocking a production, we try to respond the same day.
Do you offer support in English?
Yes. We assist in Spanish and English. Indicate in your email the language you prefer for the response.
Do you have chat or phone support?
For now, the main channel is email. We are evaluating adding live chat in the future.
